Some questions of the organization of work of operational and dispatching services of the centers of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Operating procedure of operational and dispatching services of the centers of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes which is applied.

2. Make changes to the Procedure for informing crews of the emergency (fast) medical care on challenge of the emergency medical care and their direction on the scene approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2012 No. 1118 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 92, of the Art. 3741), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

Operating procedure of operational and dispatching services of the centers of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes

1. This Procedure establishes job requirements of the central operational and dispatching services of the centers of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes (further - operational and dispatching service).

2. (Further - the center) enter into network of the center of the emergency medical care and medicine of catastrophic crashes:

1) operational and dispatching service;

2) station;

3) substation;

4) Item of permanent basing;

5) Item of temporary basing.

The network of the center is planned depending on needs of the region.

3. The center functions by exterritoriality according to the Law of Ukraine "About the emergency medical care".

4. The main objectives of operational and dispatching service of the center are:
