About modification of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 62 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Item 3.10 of Chapter 3 of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes), the following changes:

Item after paragraph one to add 1) with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"Information on availability and/or conditions of accounts of the debtor shall contain account numbers, opened by the debtor in bank, and also the amounts of means which are available on such accounts.".

With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the eighth respectively paragraphs third - the ninth;

Word in paragraph three "in paragraph one" shall be replaced with words 2) "in paragraphs one and the second".

2. To legal department (Vladislav Bednenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
