About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance No. 17/2020

In pursuance of provisions of Art. 191 and Section VI of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Law on enforcement of the Section VI of the Tax code No. 1056/2000 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, special release), proceeding from the changes and amendments made by the Law No. 257/2020 on modification of some regulations (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, No. 353-357, the Art. 288), and also regulations of the Order of the Government No. 998/2003 on activities of service for collection of the local taxes and charges as a part of primeriya, taking into account the changes and amendments made by the Order of the Government No. 940/2020 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2020, No. 372-382, to the Art. 1140), I ORDER:

1. The order of the Ministry of Finance No. 17/2020 on approval of standard forms of payment notices to change as follows:

1. Item 5 to declare 1) invalid;

1. Item 8 to add 2) with the phrase, at the end, or A4".

1. Appendix No. 1 to change 3), according to appendix No. 1 to this order;

1. Appendix No. 2 to change 4), according to appendix No. 2 to this order;

1. Appendix No. 5 to change 5), according to appendix No. 3 to this order;

1. To add 6) with appendix No. 6, according to appendix No. 4 to this order.

2. The payment notices on the non-personal tax and the land tax approved according to appendices No. 1 - 4 to this order, are applied since the tax period corresponding to 2021.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
