According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" "About natural monopolies", "About the natural gas market", "About heat supply", "About state regulation in the field of utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in some resolutions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities which are applied.
2. To subjects of managing which obtained licenses for the right of implementation of economic activity on production of electrical and/or heat energy, to bring the economic activity into accord with requirements of this resolution and within a month from the date of its entry into force to file to body of licensing documents which add the list of the documents enclosed to the application for receipt of the license.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
