According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" "About the market of electrical energy" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on distribution of electrical energy, the approved resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of December 27, 2017 No. 1470 (further - Licensed conditions) which are applied.
2. To licensees which perform economic activity on distribution of electrical energy, within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to submit the document determined by the subitem of Item 1.5 of Chapter 1 of Licensed conditions to NKREKP.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
