1. Approve the Procedure for the certificate of the right of the personality to privileges according to the Law of Ukraine "About social protection of children of war" which is applied.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Dyachenko V. M.

Procedure for the certificate of the right of the personality to privileges according to the Law of Ukraine "About social protection of children of war"

1. According to the Law of Ukraine "About social protection of children of war" persons who are citizens of Ukraine and which for the period of the end of World War II (on September 2, 1945) were less than 18 years old are carried to children of war.

2. The stamp in the form given in appendix which is put down in pension certificates certifies belonging of person to category of children of war.

The size of stamp 40 x 20 mm (appendix) are equal.

3. The stamp in pension certificates of the citizens specified in Item 1 of this Procedure is put down based on the passport of the citizen of Ukraine.
