About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 153

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 153 "About approval of sample of the form, technical description and the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, destructions the certificate of the stateless person for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 45, Art. 1189; 2019, No. 61, the Art. 2134) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 153

1. In the resolution:

1) the name of the resolution after words "return to the state" to add with words ", recognitions invalid";

2) the paragraph third Item 1 after words "return to the state" to add with words ", recognitions invalid";

 Item 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"3. Enter registration and certification of the stateless person for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium which sample of the form is approved by this resolution, using means of the Unified state demographic register.".

2. In appendix 2 to the resolution:

  To replace 1) in Item of 1 figure "88 x 125" with figures "88 x 125 (+ 0,75)";

 The second Item 2 of the word and figure of "ISO/IEC 14443A standard" shall be replaced with words 2) in the paragraph also in figures of "ISO/IEC 14443 standard";
