1. Approve "Regulations of Admission, accounting, inspection of waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals regarding radiation and explosion safety" (Appendix No. 1).
2. Approve "Requirements to source of acquisition of waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals" (Appendix No. 2).
3. Changes according to the Item 2.6-1 "Regulations on Procedure for Preparation and Adoption of Regulatory Legal Acts of Executive Bodies", No. 772 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002 can be made to this Resolution.
