About approval of Changes in the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of July 7, 2016 No. 1234

According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" and "About the natural gas market" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the resolution of the National commission performing the state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of July 7, 2016 No. 1234 "About approval of forms of the reporting of NKREKP concerning implementation of monitoring in the natural gas market and instructions for their filling" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 5, 2016 for No. 1090/29220, which are attached.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.

1. In Item 1:

in subitems 13 and 14 of the word "management of overloads" shall be replaced with words to "settlement of overloads";

in subitems 15 and 16 after the word "systems" to add with the words "and level of calculations";

after subitem 16 to add with new subitems 17 and 18 of the following content:
