About modification of the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020
For the purpose of enhancement of program implementation of medical guarantees in 2020, and also the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides increases in level of provision and availability of medical services in the program of medical guarantees:
1. Bring in the Procedure for program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 5, 2020 No. 65 "Some questions of program implementation of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population in 2020" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 18, the Art. 688, No. 38, the Art. 1242, No. 84, the Art. 2696), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since October 1, 2020, except Items 3 - 5 changes approved by this resolution which are applied since November 1, 2020.

1. Add Item 13 with the paragraph of the following content:
"The conclusion of the agreement on introduction of amendments to the agreement, the planned cost of the medical services and/or limiting payment amount connected with change the next months which includes the packets of medical services specified in Chapters 27 - the 29th Section II of this Procedure is performed in case of lack of balance within the planned cost of medical services according to the current agreement, sufficient for implementation of complete payment of actual cost of medical services for the corresponding month.".
