About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for charge and payment of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" of July 17, 2020 No. 385

For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of charge and payment of insurance premiums on compulsory national social insurance, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for charge and payment of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" of July 17, 2020 No. 385 the following changes:

in the Instruction about procedure for charge and the payment of insurance premiums on the national social insurance approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the paragraph the second the subitem 3 of Item 18 of the word "50% till July 15 of the current year and 50%-till January 15 of the next year" shall be replaced with words "according to Item 77 of this Instruction";

- in Item 21 of the word "in the place of tax registration" shall be replaced with words "in place of registration in tax authority";

- state Item 96 in the following edition:

In case of formation of debt and/or identification of violations on payment of insurance premiums, territorial subdivision of authorized state body the decision in the form approved by authorized body, in time no later than five working days from the date of identification of debt and/or violation goes to the payer.";

- in appendix 2 to the above-stated Instruction:

shall be replaced with words the words "Full Name of the Chief of Territorial Subdivision of Authorized State Body" "First name, middle initial, last name the chief of regional body of the insurer";

- in appendix 4 to the above-stated Instruction:
