About confirmation of privileges concerning exemption of the value added tax of transactions of taxpayers on delivery of goods and services which place of provision is on customs area of Ukraine which are performed for means of the European Union within projects implementation on reorganization of check points through frontier of Ukraine

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of General rules which are applied to the memorandums of financing concluded between the Government of Ukraine and the Commission of the European Commonwealth 28.12.94, we ORDER:

1. Approve reference confirmation form concerning exemption of the value added tax of transactions of taxpayers on delivery of goods and services which place of provision is on customs area of Ukraine which are performed for means of the European Union within projects implementation on reorganization of check points through frontier of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Determine that:

the reference confirmation is provided by the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine to the contractor of the project in one copy. The contractor of the project provides to subcontractors verified copies of the received reference confirmation. In the reference confirmation only those collaborators of the project of technical assistance with whom the contractor perfroms calculations from specially certain account according to Article 2 appendices to General rules which are applied to memorandums of financing can be specified;

The Ministry of Economics of Ukraine monthly informs State Tax Administration of Ukraine on the provided references confirmations.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine state registration of this order in accordance with the established procedure in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
