About modification of article 18-7 of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" concerning increase in the amount of the help on children with serious illnesses to which disability is not established
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. In article 18-7 of the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 102; 2018, 34, the Art. 258) words "subsistence minimum for persons which lost working capacity" shall be replaced with words No. "two subsistence minimums established for children of the corresponding age".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take measures for reduction in compliance with this Law of subordinate regulatory legal acts, having provided the introduction them in force along with entry into force of this Law, way:
reductions of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law;
ensuring reduction of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other central executive bodies in compliance with this Law.
