1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 13, 2013 No. 780 "About approval of the Technical description on the form of the international car driver license", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 04, 2013 for No. 1526/24058.

2. To the main service center Ministry of Internal Affairs (Knyazyuk A. G.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of functional obligations.
