About approval of the Technical description on the form of the international certificate of the driver

According to articles 15, of 52-1 Law of Ukraine "About traffic", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 1992 to No. 47 "About approval of samples national and international certificates of the drivers and documents necessary for registration of vehicles", and also for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Convention on traffic and determination of technical requirements to the form of the international certificate of the driver I ORDER:

1. Approve the Technical description on the form of the international certificate of the driver.

2. To department of the State automobile inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Astapkovich V. I.) provide submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister militia lieutenant general Ratushnyak V. I.

Technical description on the form of the international certificate of the driver

1. The form of the international certificate of the driver is produced according to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 31, 1992 No. 47 "About approval of samples national and international certificates of the drivers and documents necessary for registration of vehicles".

2. The international certificate of the driver is the book of the A-6 format of 105 x 148 millimeters in size, has cover of gray color and consists of pages of white color.

3. On the face of the first leaf of cover number of the form which consists of sign "No." and six figures is executed, numbering is executed by black paint with chemical protection which acquires blue luminescence under the influence of ultra-violet radiation.

4. The cover is made on gray cardboard weighing 250 g/m-2.

5. The text of cover is executed by paint of black color with chemical protection.

6. On inside of the second leaf of cover, in case of daylight are executed by paint which under the influence of ultraviolet ray acquires green luminescence frame around the place for gluing of photograph and three times the automobile UA code of Ukraine.

7. The face of the first leaf of cover of the international certificate of the driver shall contain such details:

the name of the state which issued the certificate;

document purpose;

name of the document;

number of the international certificate of the driver;

the name of the document based on which this certificate is developed (The convention on traffic of November 8, 1968);

really to (effective period of the international certificate of the driver which does not exceed three years from the moment of issue of the international certificate of the driver, or expiry date of the national certificate of the driver is specified (depending on what term comes to an end earlier));

by whom it is issued (are specified body which issued the international certificate of the driver, and also the place and date of its issue);

series and number of the national certificate of the driver (series, number of the national certificate of the driver are specified).

Data are certified by seal. The front and internal parties of the first leaf of cover are printed in Ukrainian.

8. On inside of the first leaf of cover the text of the following content is put:

"This certificate is not valid for movement in the territory of Ukraine.

This certificate is valid for the territories of all other Contractual Parties in case of presentation of the corresponding national certificate of the driver.

Categories of vehicles, on management of which the certificate grants the right, are specified at the end of the book.

This certificate loses force in the territory of other Contractual Party which becomes the regular place of residence of its owner.".

9. Details of internal pages of the certificate - the information about the owner:

9.1 surname;

9.2 name and middle name;

9.3 birthplace;

9.4 birth date;

9.5 place of residence;

9.6 on management of which the certificate is issued to category and subcategory of vehicles with indication of the corresponding codes;

9.7 code category/pictogram;

9.8 conditions which limit use (for example, management only wearing spectacles, really only for control of vehicles it is powerful... and so forth).

Names of details and the text of the following internal pages of the certificate are stated in the Ukrainian, Russian, English, Spanish, German and French languages (others - in case of need).

16. The text of the eighth internal page of white color is printed in French.

17. Internal pages are made on paper without optical bleach with two-tone watermark Ukraine weighing 90 g/m-2.

18. The text of internal pages is executed by paint of black color with green luminescence in ultra-violet radiation.

19. On internal pages protective invisible paint of blue luminescence in ultra-violet radiation executes images of vehicles.

20. The number of pages of the international certificate of the driver can change depending on quantity of languages in which it is printed.

21. The inside of the second leaf of cover of the international certificate of the driver shall contain such details:

21.1 surname;

21.2 name and middle name;

21.3 birthplace;

21.4 birth date;

21.5 place of residence;

21.6 categories of vehicles, on management of which the certificate, and their classification, the locus sigilli which is put down near categories only if the owner has the right to manage vehicles of the specified category is issued;

21.7 conditions which limit use;

21.8 the place for photograph;

21.9 locus sigilli;

21:10 place for the signature of the owner;

21:11 restriction (deprivation of the right of management in the territory of the country in which record is made).

The text of details shall be executed in French. Records of details 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, 5 shall be executed by letters of the Latin alphabet.
