According to part one Item 8-1 of Article 11, to Item 5 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", "About political parties in Ukraine" ORDER to part of the twenty fourth article 17 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Procedure for conducting verification of the reporting of political parties on property, income, expenses and obligations of financial nature;

2) Form of the Conclusion about results of verification of the Report of political party of property, income, expenses and obligations of financial nature.

2. Declare invalid the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of September 08, 2016 No. 26 "About approval of the Regulations on the analysis of the Report of political party on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2016 for No. 1264/29394 (with changes).
