In pursuance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2005 "About some measures for enhancement of state regulation in the field of environmental management and entering of amendment and changes into the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2003 No. 17" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 16

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on licensing of maintaining hunting economy;

Regulations on licensing of activities for procurement and conversion of wood.

2. Bring in the Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with use of natural resources and impact on the environment, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2003 No. 1371 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 121, 5/13251), the following changes:

to exclude subitem 4.1 of item 4;
