About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Child's Rights"

Article 1. No. ZR-59 "About the child's rights" after part 2 to add article 32 of the Law of May 29, 1996 with new parts of the following content:

"On obtaining by the child who reached 16 years, psychiatric intervention, or refusal of it except for established by the law the child gives the written informed consent if:

1) according to the psychiatrist, the child who reached 16 years is capable to understand possible effects of psychiatric intervention or its absence;

These data will not damage 2) to the child who reached 16 years;

3) will simplify provision to it medical care and servicing.

In case of lack of the conditions provided by part 3 of this Article, mental health services and servicing of the child who reached 16 years are performed according to the procedure of involuntary hospitalization, the stipulated in Clause 24 Laws "About Mental Health Services and Servicing" if according to the conclusion of the psychiatric commission concerning them it is necessary to perform psychiatric intervention.

The written informed consent for the child who did not reach 16 years the legal representative, the cases except for provided by the law gives it.

When implementing mental health services and servicing of the child it is necessary to fix his opinion surely.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
