Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2020 No. 83 "About price regulation on socially important goods" the following changes:
to state subitem 1.2 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.2. limiting maximum allowances of the importer, wholesale allowances, trade allowances (taking into account the wholesale allowance) on socially important goods according to the list according to appendix 2.
Selling prices on the imported socially important goods specified in subitems 15.1 and 15.2 of Item 15 applications 2, are installed by importers using the allowance which size shall not exceed 25 percent in case of further realization of the specified goods in the shopping facilities which are not belonging to this subject of managing;";
to add appendix 1 to this resolution with Item 16 of the following content:
"16. Canned food from fish, except for caviar, canned food from sturgeon, salmon, anchousovy breeds of fishes, tuna, eel, from liver of fishes, ryborastitelny canned food:
natural of herring, mackerel, jack mackerel and other breeds of fishes and oils, natural with addition (mackerel, jack mackerel, carp, etc.);
