About some questions connected with implementation of the monthly money payment provided by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2020 No. 199 "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 20, 2020 No. 199 "About additional measures of the state support of the families having children" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 12, the Art. 1745) the following changes:

b) in Item 3:

"c) if the size of the average per capita income of family calculated taking into account monthly payment in the amount of 50 percent of size of subsistence minimum for children does not exceed the size of subsistence minimum per capita, monthly payment is appointed in the amount of 75 percent of size of subsistence minimum for children;";
