According to Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section II, Item 223.2 of Article 223 of the Section VI of the Tax code of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine of December 18, 2019 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other legal acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of the excise tax", of January 16, 2020 No. 466-І X "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of administration of taxes, elimination of technical and logical not coordinations in the tax legislation", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 391-IX:

Changes in form of the declaration of the excise tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 23, 2015 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 30, 2015 for No. 105/26550 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 26, 2016 No. 841);
Changes in the Procedure for filling and submission of the declaration of the excise tax approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 23, 2015 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 30, 2015 for No. 105/26550 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 26, 2016 No. 841).
