About modification of some regulatory legal acts concerning activities for production, conversion of uranium ores

According to Articles 1, 27 Laws of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About production and conversion of uranium ores", "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy" and for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts concerning regulation of activities for production, conversion of uranium ores ORDER to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Requirements to frequency and contents of the reports provided by licensees in the field of use of nuclear energy, No. approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of October 16, 2006 162, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 06, 2006 for No. 1268/13142 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the subitem "b" of Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 of the word "conversion of uranium ores" shall be replaced with words "production, conversion of uranium ores";

2) in Item 3.4 of Chapter 3 of the word "implementation of activities for conversion of uranium ores" shall be replaced with words "implementation of activities for production, conversion of uranium ores".
