1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 213 "About approval of the regulations of expense recovery connected with complex of actions for storage, transportation and conversion of subjects to the state price regulation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2011 for No. 762/19500 (with changes);

the order of the Ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine of August 27, 2020 No. 1646 "Questions of activities of Agrarian fund in the organized agrarian market in 2020/2021 marketing periods", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2020 for No. 883/35166.

2. To provide to management of agro-industrial development in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
