According to subitem 9.2.7 of Item 9.2 of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of agricultural industry of Ukraine", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.06.2010 No. 502 "About approval of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget on the expenses connected with package of measures for storage, transportation, conversion and export of subjects to the state price regulation of the state intervention fund" (with changes), the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2008 No. 1128 "Some questions of use of grain of the state intervention fund" (with changes) and for the purpose of compensation to subjects of managing of the costs connected with package of measures for storage, transportation and conversion of subjects to the state price regulation, I ORDER:
1. Establish the maximum regulation of expense recovery:
for storage of the grain which is subject to the state price regulation in the amount of 17, 50 UAH for ton a month including VAT;
for storage of granulated sugar (beet) which is subject to the state price regulation, in the amount of 12, 50 UAH for ton for month including VAT;
for storage of butter that is subject to the state price regulation, in the amount of 230, 00 UAH for ton a month including VAT
