About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837
Based on part two of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 1999 "About the individual (personified) accounting in system of the national social insurance" and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2020 No. 68-Z "About change of the laws concerning provision of pensions and the national social insurance" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 230-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 No. 837 "About approval of Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance" the following changes:
1.1. to add preamble after the words "behind payment" with the word of "obligatory";
1.2. in Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of the insured faces in system of the national social insurance approved by this resolution:
"biographical" to exclude the word from the paragraph of third of part one of Item 3;
from Item 7 part two the third offer to exclude;
in part one of Item 8 of the word "the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus, the residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, the certificate of the refugee (further - the identity document), valid" shall be replaced with words "identity document";
third to state the paragraph to part one in the following edition:
"the physical person who is independently paying compulsory insurance premiums based on the compulsory insurance premiums for the periods assessed according to the legislation in which there were obligations on their payment, and (or) the activities non-realization periods.";
