 Based on the paragraph of the seventh of Article 10, of Item 5 of Article 77 and Item 6 of article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 No. 1982-XII "About environmental protection", Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 20, 2016 "About adoption of the international treaty" and for the purpose of realization of provisions of the Parisian agreement to the Framework convention of the United Nations on climate change of December 12, 2015 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 345

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventory of anthropogenic emissions from sources and absorption by absorbers of greenhouse gases (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for conducting the state and production accounting of emissions of greenhouse gases from sources and their absorption by absorbers (are applied);

The regulations on procedure and conditions of emission limitation of greenhouse gases from sources and (or) uses of the substances promoting their education (are applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2005 No. 1582 "About realization of provisions of the Kyoto protocol to the Framework convention of the United Nations on climate change";

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2006 No. 485 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the state inventory of anthropogenic emissions from sources and absorption by absorbers of greenhouse gases";
