According to article 239 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the subitem 122 of item 4 and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, to the subitem 13 of item 4 of the Regulations on Public service of geology and subsoil of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 30, 2015 No. 1174, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction for registration by Public service of geology and subsoil of Ukraine of materials about administrative offenses and imposing of administrative punishments approved by the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of August 14, 2013 No. 347, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 11, 2013 for No. 1752/24284, which are applied.

2. Concerning subsurface use and recovery of the environment (Alexander Shust) to provide to department submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
