Determine Public service of Ukraine by safety on transport and the national operator of mail service are responsible with the administrators concerning exchange of information providing and performing technical support of information on condition of passing of resolutions on imposing of administrative punishment for the offenses in the field of safety on road transport fixed in the automatic mode, preserving and data protection for proper functioning of the automated information systems and the software (further - information).
3. And to the national operator of mail service to provide to public service of Ukraine on safety on transport in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this order preparation and approval of protocols of exchange of information.
