About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 253

Based on part three of Article 157 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces under the terms of work approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2008 No. 253, the following changes:

Item 1 after the word "subordinations" to add with the words "including the foreign organizations which activities are recognized activities through permanent mission";

the fourth Item 13 to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"regulations of the legislation regulating questions of provision of compensations under the terms of work and professional pension insurance.";

to add Item 15 after words of "registration of the employer" with words "(registrations of the foreign organization which activities are recognized activities through permanent mission)";

the second Item 16 after the word of "organization" to add part with words "(the termination of activities by the foreign organization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus through permanent mission)";

add Item 23 with part of the following content:

"Accounting of employment of workers at works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions is conducted by the employer.".
