About certification of workplaces under the terms of work
Based on part three of Article 157 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of workplaces under the terms of work it (is applied).
2. Determine that when carrying out in 2008 certification of workplaces under the terms of work (further - certification) use of the protocols of tool measurements of the factors of the production circle fulfilled when carrying out certification in 2004-2007 and also in need of the protocols of measurements of the factors of the production circle fulfilled during the specified period when carrying out hygienic assessment of working conditions and which are drawn up according to the legislation is allowed. At the same time the results of certification of 2008 which are drawn up with use of the specified protocols are valid within five years from the date of approval of results of the previous certification.
If by results of the certification which is carried out in 2008 the working conditions (except as specified changes of working conditions in connection with replacement or upgrade of production equipment, replacement of raw materials and materials, change of engineering procedure and means of collective protection) granting earlier to the worker pension entitlement on age for work with special working conditions, surcharge for work with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions are not confirmed or there was reduction of these compensations, then they are presented on former conditions before expiration of results of the previous certification.
3. Regional and Minsk city to executive committees till December 31, 2008 to provide to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus carrying out certification in the subordinate organizations according to this resolution.
