About approval of the Regulations on deposit accounts for repayment of the public external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of accumulation of the voluntary money arriving from legal entities and physical persons into deposit accounts for repayment of the public external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on deposit accounts for repayment of the public external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to open:

1) the deposit account of the Central Treasury of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic within the Single treasurer account;

2) the currency account in commercial bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Recommend to commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic not to levy sales charges from legal entities and physical persons in case of money transfer into deposit accounts for repayment of the public external debt of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of financial and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
