About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2002 No. 1849

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for state registration and the state accounting of vehicles, except for wheel tractors and trail cars to them, and based on the paragraph of the fourth of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 313-Z "About traffic" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: their removals from accounting

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for state registration and the state accounting of vehicles, their removals from accounting and modification of the documents connected with state registration of vehicles approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2002 No. 1849, the following changes:

the paragraph the tenth parts two of Item 3 to add with words ", except the basis, the specified Item part one in paragraph four 42 this provision";

state Item 42 in the following edition:

"42. Removal from accounting of vehicles for utilization is performed in case of observance of one of the following bases:

delivery by the owner in registration division of the registration certificate and (or) registration signs;

documentary confirmation of delivery of the vehicle in industrial conversion;

absence in registration division of information confirming operation of the vehicle within at least three years preceding filing of application.

In the absence of the bases provided in part one of this Item, removal from accounting of the vehicle is performed after establishment of its identification number.

In case of loss (plunder) of the registration certificate or registration signs circumstances of loss (plunder) are specified in the statement.
