Some questions of involvement of advisers in the course of privatization of objects of state-owned property
(Extraction)

According to part two of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for involvement of advisers in the course of privatization of objects of state-owned property which is applied.

2. Determine that tenders on selection of advisers concerning whom the information message about carrying out tender on selection of the adviser is published before entry into force of this resolution come to the end according to the Procedure for involvement of advisers in the course of privatization of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 30, 2016 No. 878 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 97, with the Art. 3156).

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. To fund of state-owned property to inform the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on approval of the list of skilled participants of selection which includes more than one person, in ten-day time after its approval.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of approval by Fund of state-owned property of the list specified in item 4 of this resolution, except Items 1 - 32 Procedures, approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of publication of this resolution.
