About modification of the Procedure for provision of the complex service "emalyatko"

Bring in the Procedure for provision of the complex service "emalyatko" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 10, 2019 No. 691 "About implementation of the pilot project on creating favorable conditions for realization of the rights of the child" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019 No. 66, Art. 2257; 2020, No. 10, the Art. 384), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for provision of the complex service "emalyatko"

1. To add Item 2 after the word "births" with words ", and also the child who was born in temporarily occupied territory in Donetsk or Luhansk region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol and which birth is registered by body of state registration of acts of civil status".

2. Third Item 6 after the word and figures "(form No. 103/about)" to add the paragraph with the words "or judgment on factual determination of the birth of the child electronically".

3. Add the Procedure with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. The judgment on factual determination of the birth of the child electronically arrives from the Unified state register of judgments on the Single state web portal of electronic services "Portal Deystviye" electronically according to the procedure for information exchange determined Mintsifra together with GSA.".
