About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. Determine that the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 "About unified information system of housing construction" is effective with No. 319 within 6 years from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 26, 2019 No. 319 "About unified information system of housing construction" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 13, Art. 1427; No. 35, Art. 4974; 2020, No. 17, Art. 2793):

a) the paragraph one of Item 2 after words "executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation," to add with words of "local government bodies";

b) in Rules of placement of information by subjects of information which obligatory placement is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, in unified information system of housing construction, approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 9:

declare the subitem "z" invalid;

in the subitem "n":

the paragraph one after words of "the reference of the builder" to add with words ", the shared-equity construction performing attraction of money of participants without use of escrow accounts,";
