About surcharges and compensations to persons who work in exclusion zone

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Determine that during the period from January 1, 2006 to January 1, 2009:

to persons who constantly work and also to faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies of Public service of special communication and information security, bodies and divisions of civil protection, the serviceman of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security service, State Border Service which constantly carry out service duties in exclusion zone carries out surcharge in 20-fold amount of surcharge, stipulated in Item 2 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 1996 by N836 "About Compensation Payments to Persons Which Suffered as a result of the Chernobyl Catastrophic Crash" (the joint venture of Ukraine 1996, N 15, the Art. 411) for the citizens working in zone of unconditional (obligatory) settling out.

Such surcharge is determined in proportion to worked time, but it is no more than noted size;

to persons sent to exclusion zone (including to faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies of Public service of special communication and information security, bodies and divisions of civil protection by the serviceman of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security service, the State Border Service), except preserving the average salary (cash cover) on principle place of employment (service), surcharge according to paragraphs to the second and third deciding part of this resolution is carried out;

to persons who constantly work or carry out service duties in exclusion zone, free individual protection equipment, overalls and footwear, places in hostels are provided (only to persons who work or carry out service duties by log method). Marked-out persons free of charge are provided with treatment-and-prophylactic food;
