According to the laws of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" and "About the market of electrical energy" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes in the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on resale of electrical energy (trading activities) approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of December 27, 2017 No. 1468, which are applied.
2. To licensees which perform economic activity on resale of electrical energy (trading activities), within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to submit the document determined by the subitem 3 of Item 1.6 of Chapter 1 of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on resale of electrical energy (trading activities) to NKREKP.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
