The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services by the separate types of legal entities which are the organizations performing regulated types of activity in the field of the address with solid utility waste and also amendments of requirements to banks in which participants of purchases open special accounts for the purposes of providing requests for procurement action of goods, works, services with separate types of legal entities.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since April 1, 2021.
