About questions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of optimization of state bodies in the fields of education and sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 96 and 97 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic "About structure of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 3, 2021 No. 4357-VI, being guided by Articles 10, 17 and 25 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Liquidate, with transfer of the corresponding functions and established posts with financial and material resources in central office of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) Department of science under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) the Agency of primary professional education under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
