1. General provisions

1.1. 1.2. The special representation is guided in the activities by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, international treaties which participant is the Azerbaijan Republic, the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, decrees and orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, this Provision and other regulatory legal acts.

1.3. The special representation in case of accomplishment of the obligations and realization of the rights interacts with state bodies and organizations.
