About approval of the Regulations on the organization, carrying out and registration of results of inspection checks of participants of the markets of non-bank financial services

According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 21, of 22, 28 - 30 Laws of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", for the purpose of settlement of procedure for conducting inspection checks of activities of participants of the markets of non-bank financial services, regulation and of which exercises supervision the National Bank of Ukraine, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the organization, carrying out and registration of results of inspection checks of participants of the markets of non-bank financial services which are applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, of January 24, 2019 No. 102 "About approval of the unified forms of the statements which are drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) actions of the state supervision (control) for observance by subjects of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of economic activity on provision of financial services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 21, 2019 for No. 177/33148;

2) the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services of October 31, 2019 No. 2181 "About approval of Changes in the unified form of the Statement which is drawn up by results of holding planned (unplanned) action of the state supervision (control) for observance by the subject of managing of requirements of the legislation in the field of economic activity on provision of financial services (except professional activity in the security market) which are licensed", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 13, 2020 for No. 36/34319;

3) the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 86 "About ensuring implementation of powers and accomplishment of functions on state regulation and supervision in the field of the markets of financial services in questions of conducting checks of activities of participants of the markets of financial services";

4) Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2020 No. 171 "About approval of the Regulations on control of activities of bureau of credit histories".

3. (Denis Novikov) to provide to department of exit checks the organization, carrying out and registration of results of inspection checks of participants of the markets of non-bank financial services, regulation and of which exercises supervision the National Bank of Ukraine, their affiliated and connected persons, according to requirements of this provision.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

I. General provisions

1. 1.
