This Procedure determines the procedure of free provision (including via the Internet) information on administrative offense in the field of safety on the road transport fixed in the automatic mode, to responsible persons - to physical person or the head of the legal entity behind which the vehicle and if the information about the proper user of the corresponding vehicle is entered in the Unified state register of vehicles is registered, - to the proper user of the vehicle and if in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming are absent at the time of request of the information about the head of the legal entity behind which the vehicle, to person performing powers of the head of such legal entity is registered.
