About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2016 No. 28
Based on the paragraph of third of part one of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming, financing, accomplishment and efficiency evaluation of implementation of state programs approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2016 No. 289, and Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out tenders at the choice of contractors of actions of state programs approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2016 No. 28, the following changes:
add Item 7 with subitem 7.4.2-1 of the following content:
"7.4.2-1. condition about preferential use in case of implementation of actions of the state program of the goods (including raw materials, materials, the equipment, tools, etc.) made in the Republic of Belarus and (or) state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (or the states from which the national treatment is provided to goods). Depending on purchase financing source such benefit shall be provided in limits, admissible with the legislation on public procurements or purchases at the expense of own means;";
add Item 14 with part of the following content:
"In case of disagreement of the member of the commission with the made decision its special opinion is reflected in the minutes of the commission.";
in Item 21:
"competitive" to exclude the word from part one;
after part one to add Item with parts of the following content:
