The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for functioning of the Electronic database of lists of expectation on performing vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Health:
provide creation and functioning of the Electronic database of lists of expectation on performing vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus;
develop and approve the Procedure for processing of personal data in the Electronic database of the list of expectation on performing vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.
3. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation technical capability of entry in the list of expectation on performing vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus through the Single state web portal of electronic services "Portal Deystviye" (further - the Action Portal), including mobile application of the Action Portal (Action).
4. Determine that the Electronic database of the list of expectation on performing vaccination against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus functions during the carrying out period determined by the Ministry of Health in Ukraine of vaccination of the population against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus.
