1. Approve Regulations on establishment of kvantum of diesel fuel from the external humanitarian assistance provided by Romania intended for support of the agricultural producers injured with drought of 2020 it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment through intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry to establish the list of potential beneficiaries and amount of diesel fuel corresponding to the level of damage caused as a result of drought according to the Provision specified in Item 1.
3. To intervention and payments agency in the field of agricultural industry to provide to the Ministry of Health, work and social protection, and also the Interdepartmental commission on the humanitarian assistance, the list of potential beneficiaries of the external humanitarian assistance provided by Romania within 6000 tons of diesel fuel, for the purpose of decision making concerning its corresponding distribution.
4. Submission due date of statements for provision of financial support in the form of diesel fuel constitutes 21 days from the effective date of this resolution.
5. Information on deadline of filing of applications, including the preliminary list of potential beneficiaries of the help, is placed on official web pages of the Agency on intervention and payments in the field of agricultural industry and the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment.
