About further enhancement of system of knowledge and innovations, and also rendering modern services in agricultural industry

For the purpose of full strategy implementation of development of agricultural industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020 - 2030, provision of evidence-based information and modern services to subjects of entrepreneurship, widespread introduction of scientific achievements and innovations in production, ensuring close integration of education, science, production and system of rendering agrarian services:

1. Approve the Concept of priority development of system of knowledge and innovations in agricultural industry in 2021 - 2025 (further - the Concept) according to appendix No. 1.

2. Form the National knowledge center and innovations in agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture (further - the National center) connecting education, science and production in industries of agricultural industry with continuous system of provision of modern agrarian services to subjects of agricultural industry within the Concept responsible for activities in the following directions:

ensuring close integration of education, science and production in the field of agricultural industry;

adjustment of paid research and production cooperation of farms, agricultural clusters and cooperations with the advanced foreign research establishments, implementation of new scientific developments, innovations and digital technologies;

implementation of coordination of the research activities of the public scientific and highest educational institutions of all types which are carried out in the direction of agricultural industry;

ensuring retraining and advanced training of personnel taking into account the current and perspective needs of industries of agricultural industry for qualified specialists;

carrying out basic, applied and innovative researches and preparation scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills in the field of agricultural industry, increase in their qualification on the basis of the best practices and modern technologies;
