According to part two of subitem 2.6 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 "About measures for increase in overall performance of the organizations of agro-industrial complex" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 348
1. Perform compensation of losses of open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank on the loans granted to Zhabinkovsky Sugar Plant open joint stock company (further - compensation of losses) for the purpose of implementation of actions of the State program of development of agrarian business in the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 11, 2016 No. 196, in sizes according to appendix.
2. Compensation of losses on the credits specified in appendix to this resolution is performed at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on other questions in the field of agricultural industry within the amounts approved by the law on the republican budget for the corresponding financial year during the period of provision of delay (payment by installments) and charge of percent concerning debt on the main amount of debt (except for the overdue debt formed after provision of delay (payment by installments).
On the credit issued in foreign currency, compensation of losses is performed in Belarusian rubles on the official rate of National Bank operating for date of compensation.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
