About modification of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:
in Article 1:
a) add Article with Item 12-1 of the following content:
"12-1) other earths - type of nonagricultural grounds, concern to them: the sands, stony lands, breaks, lands abounding with crushed stone, landslides, taluses, rocks, cemeteries, lands which are under garbage dump;";
b) to add Item 26-1 after the words "the destroyed lands;" with the words "other lands;".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
