Enact the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic after ten days from the date of official publication, except for parts 3 of Article 13 and Article 127, which become effective since January 1, 2026.
Before reduction of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of land relations are applied in the part which is not contradicting the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1. Provisions of the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic extend to the relations which arose after its introduction in action.
2. Recognition voided the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pastures", "About management of lands of agricultural purpose", "About transfer (transformation) of the parcels of land" does not involve any legal effects for the land legal relationship which arose before recognition their invalid.
Decisions on transfer (transformation) of lands on the land management cases prepared in accordance with the established procedure which are under consideration in authorized body are accepted according to regulations of the legislation existing for decision date about transfer (transformation) of lands.
