reference form by results of control of effective management of assets in the form of cameral check.

2. Declare invalid the order ARMA of August 3, 2018 No. 149 "About approval of the document forms constituted during control of effective management of assets", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2018 for No. 1023/32475.

3. Provide to legal support division submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
